Alfonso's Espresso Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
 - 2 cups granulated sugar
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup brewed Alfonso's Coffee espresso (cooled)
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
 - 
Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
 - 
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and brewed Alfonso's Coffee espresso, and mix until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan on a wire rack. Once cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
