Italian Espresso Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Alfonso's Coffee Italian Espresso (freshly brewed and cooled)
 - 1.5 oz Vodka
 - 0.5 oz Coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
 - 0.25 oz Simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
 - Ice cubes
 - Coffee beans (for garnish)

Equipment:
- Espresso machine or coffee maker
 - Cocktail shaker
 - Martini glass

Instructions:
-
Brew the Espresso:
- Prepare 2 ounces of Italian Espresso using Alfonso's Coffee beans. Allow it to cool to room temperature before using.

 -
Mix the Cocktail:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
 - Pour the cooled espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup over the ice.
 - Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This not only chills the mixture but also creates a nice, frothy top when poured.

 -
Serve:
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
 - Garnish with three coffee beans on the surface of the drink. In cocktail lore, the three beans represent health, wealth, and happiness.

 -
Presentation Tip:
- For an extra touch of elegance, you could rim the glass with sugar or cocoa powder before pouring the drink.
