Tiramisu

Ingredients:
- Mascarpone Cheese: 2 cups
 - Eggs: 5 large, separated into yolks and whites
 - Sugar: 5 tablespoons
 - Heavy Cream: 2 cups, whipped to stiff peaks
 - Espresso: 4 shots, cooled
 - Ladyfinger Cookies: Approximately 20 (one 8.8-ounce package)
 - Cocoa Powder: For dusting
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and thick. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
 - Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
 - Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture, then fold in the whipped egg whites.
 - Layering: Dip ladyfingers quickly in espresso and lay them in a dish. Cover with half the mascarpone mixture, add another layer of soaked ladyfingers, and finish with the remaining mascarpone.
 - Chill: Dust the top with cocoa powder, cover, and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
