Each farmer begins the process on their own land, with sun-drying and final preparation taking place at the coop’s Las Segovias dry mill. Their dedication to strict quality control ensures every cup reflects their hard work and pride.

With notes of lime, almond, and a touch of brown sugar sweetness, this coffee is as balanced and vibrant as the farmers behind it.
